The selection of 20 projects of the Karelia CBC Programme was confirmed by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 14th December 2017 in Helsinki. Nine business and eleven environment applications are proceeding to the contracting phase.
Two project applications submitted by ANO EEC together with Russian and Finnish partners were accepted:
- KA5016 ECO-Bridge, Joint cross-border environmental monitoring system (Increasing the environmental awareness of the people and organizations on the both sides of the border).
- KA5043 GreenSol, Green Solutions for Nature Protected Areas (Enhancing the living and working conditions of visitors and workers alongside with reduction of negative environmental impact at the territories of Protected Areas participating in the project).
The contracting negotiations with the selected applicants will be launched in January 2018 by Joint Management Authority.
