From 22 July to 6 August the open tender (request for commercial proposals) was conducted by JSC "Prionezhsky setevaya kompaniya". This competition was attended by three Russian companies. According to the main selection criteria the winner - Closed Joint Stock Company "GK Four Elements" (Moscow) was selected.
