New full legal entity name: autonomous non-profit organization Energy Saving and Environment Center,
Abbreviated name: ANO "CEE".
These changes were made upon the recommendation of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Karelia and registered in accordance with the procedure established by law, which is confirmed by an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of December 13, 2023.
Due to the name change, the letterhead and seal of the organization have been changed.
The remaining details of the organization (OGRN, INN, KPP, location) and bank details remained unchanged.
