New BSR project in Petrozavodsk

After years of persistent negotiations, the Russian Federation, the European Commission, and Germany as the member state hosting the Managing Authority of Interreg Baltic Sea Region have signed a Financing Agreement. It means tthat all Russian partners of BSR projects became full members of the partners' pool.

On 5.03.2018 ANO EEC has signed the Partnership Agreement for the BSR Interreg / ENI project  "Low Temperature District Heating for the Baltic Sea Region" (LowTEMP). This project makes the district heating supply in the partner regions smarter and more sustainable. Also it  promotes the installation of 4th generation district heating networks.

So, ANO EEC together with "PKS Teploseti" have started new project which should be implemented until 30.09.2020.
