On April 29, at the invitation of the organizers, the expert of the project KA5041 "NatureBest" Alexander Berdino took part in the Regional Scientific and Practical Conference "Resource-saving technologies, materials and structures" (Zoom), organized by the Institute of Forest, Mining and Construction Sciences of PetrSU. The conference, which was attended by more than 40 students and teachers, presented an overview of pilot infrastructure projects for the introduction of resource-saving technologies in Karelia based on alternative energy sources. The participants were presented with all the pros and cons of introducing such technologies and equipment, including the example of small tourist sites (tourist bases, guest houses and private small hotels). The Institute's teachers expressed their interest in continuing cooperation with the ANO CEE in the field of training specialists (teachers and students) to accelerate the introduction of "green" technologies in the republic.
