Partner work meeting (KA6000) in Sortavala

On June 4, 2019 project partners SYKE and Karelvodokanal LLC met on the premises of the latter to discuss future project activities.

The work meeting was devoted to negotiating a plan for monitoring of the state of Lappajärvi Bay before and after closure of untreated wastewater outlets 8 and 10. A plan for monitoring is to be elaborated jointly that would cover the following topics: 

1. Selection of sampling points for chemical and microbiological analysis;
2. Schedule and frequency of sampling.

SYKE experts were also given a tour over the facility for a better picture of the task on hand.
