Movie about the pilot project in Sortavala

In early November 2014 one of the wastewater outlets in Sortavala was closed and the construction of the sewage pressure line (1.5 km long) with the pumping station for the transfer of wastewater to city treatment plants was finished. From now on Airanne Lake that had been being contaminated by wastewater for almost 100 years and that is directly connected to Ladoga Lake will become cleaner and the life of people in the district - better.

The project has prepared a movie about the construction of this large-scale pilot project (total expenditure is about 25 mln RUR) in Russian and English to familiarize all concerned parties with its results.
